Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://tntreeservicelandscaping.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. TN Tree Service & Landscaping reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Landscaping, Lawn Care, Irrigation System Repair, Tree Removal, Stump Grinding provided by TN Tree Service & Landscaping. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. TN Tree Service & Landscaping (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. TN Tree Service & Landscaping reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://tntreeservicelandscaping.com is provided on an "as is" basis. TN Tree Service & Landscaping makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will TN Tree Service & Landscaping's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify TN Tree Service & Landscaping from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under AK law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in AK for any related dispute.
Term Changes. TN Tree Service & Landscaping may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
